I believe that feeling heard, understood, and accepted is an important foundation for meaningful change. Life can sometimes leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Counselling can offer a supportive space to explore what you are experiencing and discover what may help.
Before becoming a therapist in training, I spent many years as an educator. That experience taught me the importance of building trusting relationships, listening with curiosity, recognizing individual strengths, and meeting people where they are. These are qualities I now bring into the therapeutic space.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we can explore patterns that may be contributing to stress or anxiety, develop practical ways to navigate challenges, and consider new perspectives and possibilities.

Spending time in nature is one of the ways I find balance, perspective, and a sense of connection, especially when I can be in or around the water.
Outside of my work, I love being active outdoors, whether I’m cycling, hiking, skiing, kayaking, or exploring somewhere new through travel. These adventures are even more meaningful when I can share them with friends, family, and, whenever possible, my pets.
I believe that making space for the people, places, and experiences that bring us joy is an important part of wellbeing. For me, time outdoors is a reminder to slow down, stay curious, and appreciate the moments of connection and discovery that help make life meaningful.
